Data Collection Forms

The Board of registration of Architects & Quantity Surveyors is a body corporate established by the Architects & Quantity Surveyors Act, Cap 525 laws of Kenya to inter alia regulate the practice of Architecture & Quantity Surveying in Kenya.

The State Department for Public Works has developed the proposed Architectural and Quantity Surveying Practitioners Bill, 2023 which repeals and replaces the existing Cap 525 to make it conform to the emerging trends in the practice of Architecture and Quantity Surveying.

The proposed law expands the regulatory scope beyond the traditional disciplines of Architects and Quantity Surveyors so as to include new disciplines in the built environment notably;

1. Landscape Architects
2. Interior Designers
3. Construction Project Managers
4. Technicians
